Shukily Seller Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2025

Welcome to Shukily! We’re here to help you share your handmade work with the world in a way that feels honest, meaningful, and supportive. This Seller Policy outlines your responsibilities as a maker on Shukily and is part of our Terms of Use.

By opening a shop on Shukily, you agree to this Seller Policy and the Shukily Terms of Use.

1. What Can Be Sold on Shukily

Shukily is a handmade marketplace. You may list:

  • Handmade or design-led items created by you or your small studio (for example: ceramics, textiles, jewelry, fashion, Judaica, home goods, art, and gifts).
  • Products made in collaboration with a small-batch or local production partner, as long as the design is your original work and the partnership is clearly disclosed in the listing.
  • Design-led items that are designed in Israel and produced outside of Israel in limited runs (such as illustrated puzzles, games, prints, or textiles), as long as you keep creative control and clearly state where production takes place.
  • In-person or online workshops and experiences that focus on handmade skills (for example: pottery, weaving, embroidery, baking, or other craft-based activities), with a clear description, date or time options, and participation terms.

You must:

  • Accurately describe your items and how they are made, including where they are produced and who is involved.
  • Use your own photography (not stock images and not AI-generated images without meaningful human editing and direction).
  • Clearly disclose any production partners, factories, or print services involved in your process, especially if production happens outside of Israel.
  • Mention if AI was used in any part of the design or content, and make sure the final work still reflects your own creative voice.
  • Respect our guidelines on originality, cultural representation, and no mass-produced or resale items.

We encourage transparency about materials, sourcing, and environmental practices.

2. What Cannot Be Sold on Shukily

You may not list:

  • Mass-produced or large-scale factory-made items with no direct creative involvement from you
  • Print-on-demand products with no original design, story, or human creative input
  • Resale of unaltered commercial goods or white-labeled products
  • Services (excluding approved workshops or creative experiences) or digital downloads without original creative contribution
  • Items that violate copyright, cultural respect, or religious sensitivity

Shukily reserves the right to remove any listing that does not meet these guidelines.

3. Managing Your Shop

Your shop is your studio’s window to the world. You agree to:
